Christmas 2020 – Mental Health Signposting Guide
Each year, the Independent Mental Health Network produces a written guide advising of changes to the operating hours of local mental health support during the festive period.
This year, the information included in the guide takes account for the fact that many services are not running as they normally would, due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
